Cobham SATCOM uses software in some products which falls under the FOSS category. The vast majority of this falls under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL).

As part of the GPL/LGPL compliance you find on this webpage information on how to obtain the sources for the parts of our software that fall under the GPL/LGPL licenses. You may obtain the complete corresponding source code from us for a period of three years after our last shipment of the product, which will be no earlier than the date of last shipment plus 3 years, by sending a money order or check for DKK 50 to:

We strive at being fully compliant with the GPL/LGPL and any other licenses which may be in use. 

In order to ensure this we have based our compliance programme on the guides in "A Practical Guide to GPL Compliance" written by  Software Freedom Law Center. We have also had support by developers within the Open Source community who have been reviewing the GPL related parts of our manuals, the offered software, this website and text displayed in 'about' boxes in  our products.
